No matter what form it takes, for any form of organised ‘social’ infrastructure to exist, a degree of Leadership, and thereby resultant leading, is needed across most species, including the human race, but this is not the same as, and nor does it automatically justify, relentless misleading for any valid reason.
Whilst few individuals or organisations will openly admit to knowingly misleading anyone, or over anything, and many do not even realise that they are, the pragmatic practicality is that a significant part of most forms of Leadership are grossly misleading people over a spectrum of issues, including virtually all aspects of Life.
In that Leading and Misleading are dependent upon each other for their existence, at least in theoretical terms, this is neither a justification for anyone to mislead over anything, and nor is it a sound basis upon which for Mankind to achieve optimal progress, quite the reverse, in actuality.
